1. Shipping & Payments
How do you know that TEXWORKS received your order?
Once you fill all details & complete payment, you will get a confirmation of your order at your screen & also an e-mail confirming that your order has been received to Texworks.
Can I change or cancel my order after my order is placed?
It can not be cancelled if you get shipping details in your account dashboard & a confirmation mail of shipping. In case you changed your mind after making payment, simply check with customer care if it can be cancelled. We will help you out. Else, simply raise a return & we will arrange reverse pick-up & post review of the product, refund would be processed.
What is shipping cost?
The shipping cost is free across most of the cities of INDIA, isn’t it great. Feel free to shop & get hassle-free returns. Our customer care will help you to do it.
Which payment methods are available?
Texworks has tie-up with India’s leading & secure payment gateway – CCAvenue, for securing all your payments made with least possibility of failures. It can be done from below listed popular modes of payment.

I have a Coupon code. Where should I enter it?
Place all the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. When checking out, enter the Coupon code in the field “Coupon code” and we’ll apply the discount to your purchase. You will see the sum deducted to your total cost above in the checkout page.
Can I claim a GSTIN refund on a purchase that I made on your site?
Unfortunately no. We cannot assist you with this matter. Instead, contact your local tax agency and they should be able to help you.
2. Return & Refund
How can I make a return?
We hope you’ll be happy with our products, as we have made it with great care. But still if something doesn’t go well, we’ve created a quick and easy return service. Returning goods is free and you can return any item(s) purchased at www.texworks.in within 60 days from the delivery date. Just make sure to use the return label and fill in the return document. This saves us time in the return process, it helps us realize how we can improve and you’ll get the refund more quickly.
What are your return conditions?
The item(s) should be in the same condition as you received it. You are of course welcome to try the item on to see if it fits you and is the way you like it to be, but it should of course be unused for you to make it a valid return. Please make sure to save the label sent for each product you purchase, so you can include it with the returns. Non valid returns will be sent back to you.
We are not able to handle returns that is not connected to our e-commerce, texworks.in.
How long does it take for you to process my return?
The average sending takes a few business days depending on where you are when you’re leaving the return shipment. Once we get it to our warehouse, our return department will take care of it as soon as possible. Please note that during certain periods as during sales, the time for your return can take up to 14 business days. However, in general it only takes up to 5-7 business days from the day parcel reaches to us.
How do I receive the refund?
You will get the refund back to the same account as you paid your order with. If your payment was done with a debit card, you will get the refund to the same account as your card is connected to. In case of payments made on COD (cash on delivery), it will take few more days to confirm your account details & update the same in our system to arrange NEFT / IMPS, directly to your account. All you need is to send your full account details or a clear picture of your bank cheque on our customer care whatsapp number.
Can I exchange my return for a different item?
Yes, you can exchange the shirt in case it doesn’t fit or goes well on you. All you need is simply return the purchased item, you do not wish to keep. We will initiate a refund after receipt of the item. Simultaneously, place a new order at texworks.in, for the product you like as a fresh purchase. We recommend this quick & the easiest way to exchange your product.
How much is the return shipping charge?
The return shipping charge is free of cost.
I’ve lost my return label – how do I proceed?
Don’t worry! Contact us at our customer care department on phone/text/message/email us with your order number and we will help you out.
3. Delivery
How do I know that my order is shipped?
As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your parcel. Click on the link if you want to keep an eye on its process as it makes its way to you.
Can I order online and collect at store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.
Can I alter my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
In many cases, it’s possible. Write to us as soon as possible and inform us about the address you want to change from to the new delivery address. Write this from the e-mail you ordered from and don’t forget to include your order number. This is for us to maintain a high security on our deliveries. However, it may increase the delivery days, in case you need to redirect to another address.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID. You can also login in to “My accounts” to see the status of your order. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on where you live. Normally, we process, pack and ship your order the same day when the order is placed before
14:00 CET. During our sales period, the delivery may take up to 5-7 business days.
The shipping company is unable to deliver my order, what can I do?
Please contact at shipping company directly for further assistance with AWB details of your shipped product. Usually, it makes up to 3 delivery attempts, after that the parcel will be shipped to their local office if fail to deliver at your address.
What’s your delivery time?
Generally, our shipping partner will deliver your order in 2-6 business days after your order is sent from us. We send out our orders during business days, Monday to Friday. Meaning that an order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent from us the following business day. Please note that during our sale periods the delivery might take up to 7 days.
Why haven’t I received my parcel?
If your order is delayed, we will always try to contact you with an updated delivery date. Please notice that our sales periods might require an extended delivery time. We’re always happy to help you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for any questions regarding your order.
Is it possible to deliver my order to an address abroad?
No, Currently we are shipping across INDIA. For, International shipping, feel free to contact us at our customer care number or e-mail us.
4. Product & Stock
Can I personalize the products I buy online?
Currently, we are not doing customize shirts. We will activate this service very soon.
Do you make shirts with different sleeve lengths?
Our Shirt sleeve lengths are as per the size chart grid given in product details. It is as per Indian standard sizes.
I have lost some buttons on my shirt – How do I get a hold of new ones?
Contact us with a picture of the button(s) you need replaced together with a picture of your care label that includes article number (can see in product page) OR you may send the shirt picture at our e-mail / WhatsApp number. Include these pictures with information about your full name and your address. Please also write the quantity of needed replacement buttons, and we will send them to you as soon as possible, without any charge. Generally, each shirt from Texworks come with extra buttons attached.
How often do you upload new shirts on the site?

How do I best care my Texwork shirt?
Paying extra attention to how you wash and take care of your clothes will not only prolong their life length but also help minimize their environmental impact. To follow the care instructions attached to the shirt is a good place to start. We’ve also put together some general tips on how to care for your shirt in our care guide.
