Eligibility
We accept returns or exchange of only unused, undamaged, and unwashed items with tags, in original condition & packaging. Therefore we recommend you to ensure original packing, with tags & in good condition, in case you wish to return or exchange any item due to any reason.
Products bought under any special offer are only eligible for an exchange (the product should be of the same or higher value). Refunds or Store Credits for special offers are not applicable.
Any product with a change in appearance washed, used, or returned without tag / original packaging will not validate the return or exchange. Else, we may return the merchandise. Our Quality team reserves the right of any final decision on returned items after reviewing the original condition.
How to do it?
Making a return is very easy.
Raise Request – Confirm – Handover.
All India shipments include a return shipping label. e include a pre-paid return label in all our shipments to make it easy for you.
Generate a request, specify a convenient pick-up date, and our Customer Care will manage the rest.

For all valid returns, we will refund your money in approx. 8-10 working days, OR offer store credits OR exchange for any other available size or product, whatever you prefer.
Only eligible for the article purchased, not any packaging or gift or free items included by us.
Return Process
The easiest way to return or exchange is to generate a request from our website. For transactions made by signed-in customers, you can go to “My Order” under the “My Account” menu. For guest order transactions, visit the Track Your Order page. You will need to enter your Order ID and the email address given in the order.

Cancellations
We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be canceled only after receipt of delivery by the customer. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 8-10 working days, offer store credits, or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.
Damages
Please inform our customer care department in the event any articles are delivered without tags. Please do not accept delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.
Any claim post-acceptance shall be reviewed & would be processed if our team will verify the same with our warehouse.
