COST & METHOD
Our Shipping is FREE across most of the Indian Cities.
We are increasing the area of shipping Codes with the course of time.
Generally, we ship all the products by Regular Shipping mode, i.e. by surface. However, we also ship in case you need to express shipping, ie. by AIR.
How it works
Free it is for all the regular orders & end number of products. However, during SALE time, we charge nominal shipping cost on a flat rate basis.
Usually delivers in 2-7 Business days.

Shipment Cut-off Time
Transit Insurance
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit, until delivered to you. Our insurance companies only provide insurance cover on packages that are visibly damaged/opened before they are handed over to the customer/a recipient at the intended delivery address/picked up at our location.
Therefore, please do not accept any deliveries if the package(s) is damaged or the seal is broken as you may be liable for such lost/damaged items.
We require an acknowledgement signature for all the packages delivered at the intended delivery address or picked up from our location, whether by you/anyone specified by you (whether on the phone or in writing) at which point the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Proof of a signature by anyone taking delivery at the intended delivery address, or pickup at our address by the person specified by you, is treated as evidence of successful delivery and fulfilment by TEXWORKS and transfer of responsibility thereof to you. This is applicable for all orders, including gift orders where the intended recipient and delivery address may be different from the purchaser.
For your convenience and security, we may ask you to specify (whether on the phone or in writing) a recipient who you may nominate for accepting delivery on your behalf. In such cases, we may not deliver your goods to any other person, unless instructed otherwise by you (whether in phone or in writing).
Again for your convenience, we do not verify the identity of the person accepting deliveries/pickups. Please note delivery to anyone at the intended delivery address or pickup by anyone claiming to be you/the person specified by you will constitute successful delivery and fulfilment by Texworks.
Taxes & Duty
All product prices displayed at www.texworks.in are inclusive of all taxes and duties, you will not be charged anything in addition towards these. During the time of SALE, nominal Shipping Cost would be added on a flat rate basis.
International Shipping
Sorry, currently we do not ship outside INDIA. However, for special cases, We can deliver outside India, by UPS / DHL. Please contact customer care for any assistance related to shipping outside INDIA.
Return Shipments
Our delivery partners will only accept Texworks items that are returned to us in their original packaging with tags. Please do not include any other items in the package as it could violate Indian shipping regulations & return policy. We are afraid that your return might not be accepted by our delivery partner/us.
Clarifications
“You”, “Your” refers to the customer that has made the purchase on our site and/or made the payment for a purchase on our site.
“Intended delivery address” is defined as the “Ship to” delivery address specified in the order. This includes the “Ship to” delivery address provided for gift orders where the purchaser and intended recipient may be different people and at different addresses.
